I reported *****elent actvity on my account on 11 Feb 2022. An amount of R12000+ was taken from my account. On reporting this to 183-135 I was told that nothing can be done and I must just pay. I subsequently engaged with MTN on Messenger and

they have been promising to escalate my case with their ***** dept It is nearly a month later and NOTHING has been done. I have submitted an affadavit which was signed by the police as well as all the sms's received from the *********. I reported this to incsa but to no avail. I am a pensioner, and do not have the money for the *****elent amount. What can I do?
