MTN does not care about anyone .6 months ago 3********** contracts were opened under my name and to date ,nobody cares to resolve this .My name is handed over and blacklisted .They keep in promising to resolve this and clearly they are all ***********. !!!! Pathetic Company!!

Can I please get feedback regarding this issue .The phone calls and SMSes haven't stopped .And your people at MBD Attorneys says they havent recieved any communication from MTN whatsoever It is actually shocking that a big company such as MTN does not excersice precaution on peoples details .You guys just decide to approve ********** contracts under people's name without veryfing.Because its money in your account.What does POPI law act say ? .What does it take really a ********** matter to be resolved ? A CEO ?
