Good day I opened a ***** case at MTN west gate on the 2017/11/23 around 4:30. When i went two days after to follow up on the case ,i was told the lady that logged my case is on sick leave they dont know when she will be back at work and she is the only one that can view my case . i understood that. I opened case again on 2017/12/13 @ 05:32 helped by Siza Hlongwa and she told me this is still under investigation MTN ***** will call me which never happened . On 08 May 2018 i got a call from Kegan Govender from Hammond pole saying MTN handed over my account to them . I asked Siza Hlongwa from MTN to send me proof that i opened i case for ***** so i can send to Kegan , i also CC Siza Hlongwa on the email " Mail from Siza to Kegan From Hamm Good Day Please find below screen dump on behalf of a customer and assist by investigating and close the account as it is a ********** account as per #SR logged
" .The last email i got from Kegan was on 14 may 2018 saying he submitted Relevant documents to MTN awaiting feedback . today i get sms from VVm saying the account was handed over to them i have to pay R19,574.04 and a trace locator has been activated on my Profile at CPB ceredit Burea . This is really not fair cause now i look like am a bad payer and my profile has been messed up cause of this . I dont get any communication you just hand over my profile to different debit collector
