Summer Mobile are a 3rd party to MTN to assist with customer upgrades.

I was upgraded today by Summer Mobile without my consent or authorization. This is ***** due to them using my ID number, banking details to complete a ********** contractand then printing my name at the end to complete the upgrade.

I need this investigated and proper legal action to be taken against Summer Mobile
