MTN has really ruined my life n made it a living hell for my family. I can not do anything as MTN has ruined my name n dragged it in the mud. I got a call from debt collectors on the 6 of January 2018 saying I owe MTN and that the account has been handed over to them for collection, I was surprised n immediately called MTN to confirm n yes it was there. I got a shock of a lifetime not knowing that is where my Problems are just starting. I can not do anything as I have bad credit record due to MTN ********** account opened under my name. I have tried everything to solve the matter and nothing is working. Everytime I call I get a different answer n they lie with every call that I make to them. I hate MTN as it has put my credit record at a very bad position n now I can not even get credit because of MTN. What makes it worse is that I have never had a contract with MTN, never in my life.

27 Mar 2018, 10:28I have been calling MTN and all I get is lies, exactly when will MTN deal with this matter as we speak I have defaults with experian, compulsion, tranunion and XDS. Please fix this mess ASAP. My contact no is ********** 131. I hope I will be hearing from MTN very soon
