Hi I have a problem I have never had account with mtn but recently my name has been listed on the credit bureaus that I owe them an amount of 35k but trying to get hold of someone in mtn to try and rectify this problem is impossible please help me with a solution regards Salim moosa ********** 542

I have sent all the required documents to an MTN branch in Vangate mall Cape Town but still no response from MTN and I do not have a cell number with MTN coz I have.never app**** for a contract with you guys please help me. I cannot apply for anything with my name on listed on itch

I have been 3 times to the local mtn store handed in all the documents required but this account still on my name and listed on the credit bureau as a bad debt my business and personal life is now suffering if only mtn representatives could tell me how long this process is going to take . All my applications for finance has been turned down . Please someone help
