There seem to be someone who **********ly used my details to open an account using my details, called the call centre 173 number was referred to a branch, got the branch and I was told that the agent should have given me an email address to dispute the matter, the sales person at the branch called the call centre and the lady who picked up was so rude the sales person.. I later called the 173 number again they gave me a number ********** , the number given its not even related to the matter, your service is repulsive.
