<p>I wanted to apply for a home loan and was informed that I have adverse information on my ITC by MTN. MTN says I have an outstanding amount that I owe to them for something. I have never had an MTN account or even a prepaid sim card with MTN. When I told the agent regarding this adverse information, she said this is not the first time she has heard of this ***** at MTN. I only have vodacom contracts</p>

You mentioned something about if the MTN store was far away that you would have to reimburse me. I am in town now so it is not far from me. On Tuesday, when the person phoned me who saw the ITC record, I was still sleeping. I came home from night shift at 05:30 and was awoken at 09:33. From there I could not sleep further. We had to drive to town 20km. We live at 6 Kromhout street Holly Country and had to drive to center Sasolburg, 40km round trip. As you can imagine my wife and I are upset, discomforted. We were busy with an application for a home loan and this now has to wait until the MTN account thing is resolved. We do not expect anything from MTN other than to remove the adverse information, we will try to get compensation for our inconvenience and loss by laying ******** and possible civil charges against the guilty party.
