<p>I have a problem with MTN, I had a contract with them for data bundles 2 GB per much, but my Route isn't working for 2 months when I when to inquire at the nearest MTN they are saying someone in April canceled my data contract from Durban and take Samsung Galaxy S8+, the whole of April I was in hospital and I have deep vein thrombosis I'm not allowed to travel long distance, I need help for MTN to cancel that contract and block the phone because I'm not happy with they poor service, when I reported this case they only said to me they need affidavit that it wasn't me who renewed the contract at Durban, when I showed them the sick note from hospital for the month of April they did not even wanna look at it.</p>
