<p>I was contacted by Hammond Pole stating that MTN is taking legal action against me as I have not paid my contract. It was a huge shock for me as I have never had a contract with MTN.</p> <p> </p> <p>Someone used my details to open a contract with MTN and when I called MTN'S Customer, I was told that the contract was open via the call center. What I would like to know is how did MTN do a credit check and</p> <p>check with the bank if all the details was correct.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have reported this the MTN's ***** department and lets see how long does it take to sort this out and</p> <p>I have requested a copy of the conversation and all the documents that was given to MTN </p>
