<p>Someone stole my identidy and opened telephonicaly a contract on my name. The contract cell phone was delivered to this person, whom I don't know. The contract money gets debited from my account. Every month I have to phone my bank to reverse the cost. I contacted MTN headoffice, I have done everything they have asked me to prove that I did not opened the contact but nothing else is getting done. This person is using the contact phone and I have to pay for it.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Kindly email us certified copy of your ID and affidavit specifying that you did not open up a contract with MTN to *** will then log a request with our ***** department to investigate and resolve your problem accordingly.
