Thank you for your post

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you have experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

Please be advised an upgrade for the mobile numbers 083****890 and 083****990 was captured on 2016-10-24, kindly note that with our contracts you have the option to pay the handset cost over the contractual period or you can pay it up front as a lump-sum. The option to pay the handset cost as a lump-sum was chosen which is why you were invoiced R30018.00 (including vat) for the two iPhones on 2016-10-27. If you know nothing about the upgrades then you can forward to *** an affidavit clearly stating that you did not request the upgrades, company letterhead together with a certified ID copy of the director/signatory of the company. The documents must be certified on the same date not older than 3 months and then a request for a ***** investigation will be logged with our ***** department.

Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Kind Regards
Siphumezo

Hi

Thanks for your response. Who do I speak to as this was not the deal I signed for, nor was I provided with details in the change of contract. If you provide me with an email address, I can send you a copy of the agreement I signed and the package I selected at R 819 per month icluding the handset. Secondly, why was I charged R 15,000 for a hand set that costs R 10,500?
