<p>Two month old review:</p> <p>There is a service called MTN gamer that without your consent will start deducting R2/day from your MTN account. MTN will allow this ***** and after 30 minutes on the phone with the call centre, after 3 consultants told me that it was not MTN's problem I finally got hold of a supervisor who only after I threatened to stop my debit order said they would look into it. Shame on you once again MTN. Kindly be advised that MTN Gamer is not part of the contract deals, this additional service cannot be activated by MTN on the sim card, the additional service is activated by the user of the device. MTN cannot be held responsible for this service activated and the account charged for it.
We cannot refund your account for this chargeable service due to the activation not done from MTN side.
Note if you cancel the debit order you will still be liable to make payment to the account, once the debit order returned unpaid the account will be billed R11.40 for the unpaid debit.
