<p>I have a 2 year contract and isurance from MTN under written by Guardrisk Insurance Company. FSP license number: 44774.</p> <p> </p> <p>I submitted a claim on 16th of September and did not get feedback besides several emails and calls to get status on my claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>Eventually I spoke to a lady who advertised they will pick the phone within 48hrs. However they do not have loan phones due to high demand.</p> <p> </p> <p>One of the value of this insurance is loan phone which they are not able to provide. They cant meet their turn around time. Is this not *****, selling something you cannot deliver!!!!!</p>
