MTN **********ly deducted R16000 + from my bank account. Callled and went to their store to query and dispute this. The store and call centre promissed that the matter will be investigated and that in the meantime the account has been blocked to prevent a re-occurance. Then it happened again the next month with another R12000 that I have to pay for smething that I never received or used. This time MTN call centre admitted that they did not helped me correct this fisrt time but I am still liable to pay the R17000 and R12000.

Best regards,
This was done at your MTN Worcetser Store at the Mountain Mill Mall on 27 August 2016. When I visited the store again on 16 Sepetmber 2016, I was informed that you ***** unit has not even began to consider my matter. Worse; After the fisrt incedent occur both your call centre and your store personell assured me that the blocking of the number will immediately stop any further irregular data purchase on the number. I specifically asked them whether they are sure that this will immediately stop any similar irregular charges on the number. They both assured me that by blocking the number, the data purchases cannot occur. When it happen again; this time for + R8000 all I got was a sorry from your staff that they wrongly actioned it. Apparently; they had to do a SIM swap and cancel the recuring data purchase. How can I be liable for their error.
