<p>MTN is the worst SP for mobiles. Their service is pathetic and they are **********. I tried to cancel my mobile contract back in Oct 2015 as I did not want to upgrade. Instead, every month i get a story of why i could not cancel. Then finally in Feb 2016, someone with some brains saw on my account that an upgrade was done. Instead of cancelling my contract, it was supposedly upgraded. Now i have been struggling to get MTN to rectify this problem. I sent an Affivdavit stating i did not upgrade. Only response i keep getting from MTN is:Y'ello!! We apologise for your inconvenience.</p> <p>***?!?! I have requested MTN to show where i signed for an upgrade? Where i signed for a delivery of phone? Nope... Nothing!!</p> <p>So now... My mobile has been switched off completely!!!I can not make or receive calls!! Fed Up!!!</p>
