I I called MTN today to confirm that all my contracts are now cancelled and prepaid. I was informed that I have two new contracts since Feb 2016 which was taked out in Gauteng……these are not mine and they have apparently been going off my bank account. I was told to phone the ***** department on ********** 867. When I called they informed me this is an incorrect number, I must call MTN again on ********** and ask for the correct number. DO YOU THINK they can find the correct number?!!!!! I called them 10 times and each time they gave me another number. ********** ——only plays music. ********** —does not exist ********** — does not exist. I am now going to call them AGAIN on ********** and ten to one will get AGAIN another number. I AM FED UP WITH MTN’s bad service!! This is *****!!!! I can not cancel the debit orders, I can not cancel the contracts, how can this be legal?????? Can anyone please advise what legal steps I can take agains MTN.
