<p>MTN and is useless service, because of your incompetence someone upgraded a phone last month on my behalf and i reported this. Now i have to go running to police stations for your mess, till today i have not received a response from this pathetic service. I got ****** just last week and it was a hassle to block my phone because of this. Because of your lack of attention to detail i have to run around in and out of police stations and wait 7 working days or so for your incompetence. Now today they sms me and tell me they will debit MY ACCOUNT for a phone they gave to some stranger posing to be me. Close this account!!!!!</p>
