I have been a victim of identity ***** where by two new cell contracts has been taken out by mtn brackenfell branch. I have sent my affidavit and id to [Email Removed] and to lux at baywest branch they both confirmed that they debit order would not go off from my account. An amount of R3178.44 has been deducted from my account, i feel extremely upset to think i have reported this to two staff at mtn and yet i had no response from one of them as yet.<br> <br>

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly note that a query has already been logged with our ***** department. As soon as all investigations are done and if you are found to have been a victim then the two accounts will be closed and you will be credited back for the amount charged on those two numbers.
Please be aware that the two ********** numbers are under the same account as your assisting number, we have removed your account off the debit while this ***** query is still pending. You will need to make a Cash payment for your assisting contract number.
Once the two numbers are completely deactivated then please contact our Customer Care line on 808 to reactivate the debit order as at this point all the numbers gets debited together hence we had to remove you off the debit order.
Rest assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.
