In December 2015 MTN tried to debit my account, after which I went to the store and was told that I took out a contact. This contract was **********ly opened. I went to the police station to do an affidavit and submitted all the documents with MTN on 03/01/2016. I was told that someone would call me in 48 hours. To date, I have not received any call from MTN and my account was debited again this month. I Have been to the MTN store in Centurion mall on 4 occasions and I am being told that my query is being escalated yet nothing is happening. <br>
