I found out today that I apparently app**** for a contract at a MTN Polokwane store on 1 May 2015 at around 12h01. I have never app**** for a contract at MTN nor have I ever given consent for MTN to do a consumer search on me. Now MTN is trying to deduct more than R5,000.00 from my account **********ly and all I am being told is so what. Someone at the Polokwane store opened a contract under my name **********ly and now MTN is trying to pass the buck.
