I am so disappointed I always use MTN College Square Bloemfontein shop, on the 23rd November 2020 I went there to cancel and also upgrade my contract because I lost my phone. One lady help me (She was an African lady "Black") can't recall her name, she told me I had to pay cancelation fee of R800 cash or money can be debited from my bank, I paid R400 at the store and the rest can be debit the 15th on my bank account, I updated to Hauwai P40 lite and smart watch total payment will be R400. I took the contact and everything was fine.

January 15th 2021 MTN debited R1819. 70, I called mtn to inquire and the told me I opened other contact the same day for P30 lite 2020 phone and took insure on it. Phone will be R279. 1 insurance R160. 28 and cell number ***, the lady who was helping me open a contract with my name that I didn't know about.

I am on course I have to pay my son school fees. Please help me to clear up my name
