This company should not be allowed to give credit to anyone or to work with anyone's personal information. They add random amounts to your account and then no one can tell you why you have thousands of rands outstanding on your account when you haven't missed one payment. In addition to that, they also add random numbers to your account on your MTN app. Doesn't that reassure you? I have someone's number on my MTN app and I can see everything about that person's account and even make changes, thanks to MTN's negligence. And for those of you who have been paying your bills every month and work hard to maintain your credit score, I hope you don't have an MTN account because they just add random amounts to your account and when you call to sort it out they keep redirecting you to other departments, Oh and don't forget the part where they suspend your Simcard. It's been 10 DAYS and all they do is just close the query without solving anything. I can't believe this company is still making money, probably because they just add random amounts to your account and give you no choice but to pay it.
