This is very concerning that one can not get hold of anyone through MTN's 083135 number to talk to any service consultant, let alone report *****. They opened a cellphone contract in my name and the debit order also went of for something that is not mine. This is absolutely pathetic coming from such a big service provider. I even reported the ***** to their report ***** email service and nothing, just a reply I must call 083135 and does not work to get to a consultant. I even went in store and they just said it is spam email, I do not need to worry, and now I am paying for someone else.
