Frastated n angered by MTN and DSV

Hi I've ordered a R249wifi deal...with MTN on non the 29/09/2023 and paid R273.90 the same day my order was transferred to DSV logistics to deliver on the 02/10/2023 in the afternoons but never received any call or deliverry from them...kept on calling was sent pillar to post even their consultants are rude...so still waiting for my new order from MTN because DSV logistics said the matter its with MTN now...whilst I've paid already for the days my parcel it's been benefited by an incorrect holder pls assist HelloPeter
