Fradulent unauthorized debits. Useless service

Mtn has really been one of the most useless ridiculous service providers i have come across. I canceled my contract in November. Last debit order was supposed to be deducted in December due to the contract ending. After 3 months i noticed i am still being charged for the same contract with no extra data or minutes. After hours days months of fighting i am still in the dark with no assistance. I requested a dispute on my bank which was successful. A week later MTN blocked my number. I couldn't do anything. After speaking with 9 consultants in different departments i was told they cant help me and they have escalated my query to management which take 3 to 7 working days! 2 weeks later a debit order goes off my account more than double the money as per normal contract agreement and my number gets unblocked. Still no phone calls and no communication to inform me if my query is being attended to. I was promised a refund 3 months ago and my contract has been canceled. I really hate this service provider.
