Fradulent Billing Double Charged on Contract
<p>MTN has been double billing monthly subscriptions since October 2016. Various attempts have been made for MTN to resolve this however to no avail. These are the reference numbers on the follow-ups I have been doing </p> <p>1. Reference Number : ********** 5 -Nov 2016.</p> <p>2. Reference Number: ********** 0 -Dec 2016.</p> <p>3. Reference ********** 9 - Jan 2017</p> <p>4. Reference ********** 0 - Feb 2017</p> <p>5. Reference ********** 82 - Feb 2017</p> <p> </p> <p>What do I now do...just been given the run around. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Please refer to the contract, this was on Promotion and it was for R89,00 inclusive of the subscription fees and and handset. Or was this false advertising?
