Four Samsung J7 Primes in 3 months - MTN you need help

I upgraded to a J7 Prime at MTN at the V&A Waterfront about 3 months ago. Within 2 months this phone was freezing and rebooting itself and to such an extent it changed all my backgrounds and ringtones. MTN Waterfront sent the phone back, I was issued a new J7 Prime a week later. Within a week it was doing the same. Under warranty got new phone (phone 3). Two days later same thing. The manager sent me to Samsung service center at Century City. They did diagnostics tests and found nothing wrong with software. Back to MTN Waterfront (as if I have the time!). At this stage the manager (Nesar Isaacs) was getting quite irritated with me. I requested a different type of phone and I am prepared to go onto a higher contract - he was not prepared to help me and said I must go to Montague Gardens to the MTN service center (again - as if I had the time to drive all over town). So now I am on phone 4 and same issue. All my apps are from the Playstore and I am running less than on my previous phones. The customer care of MTN refers me back to the store.

The manager claims I am the only one this has happened to. So why can't I get a phone on this contract (or even a higher one since I am pepared to pay). The manager even said that I am more than welcome to try my luck at the consumer board (since I do fall within the 3 month period) but he is not prepared to help me. So MTN's managers are flaunting the conumer protection act too? Or is it just because I am female?

Seriously MTN.

No reaction yet from MTN except the cut and paste blah-blah above.
My FOURTH J7 Prime in 3 months froze and rebooted 3 times today, once when I tried to make an urgent call, once early this morning (08:00) and once this afternoon at about 15:00.
I need my phone to be working efficiently. Why is MTN not giving definite answers such as: Yes, go on to another contract with another phone and pay in (I am prepared) give me a functional phone on the same contract - not the J7 Prime or just tell me you do not care about your customers.
