Four months still waiting for refund on MTN ZTE Router that wasn’t working !!

I’m still waiting for my refund four months later for a MTN ZTE Router that my Dad Jabulani Thwala ordered on my behalf : his been sent from pillar to post with regards to getting the money back .We sent the Router back to MTN Sandton City four months back when we discovered that it doesn’t work in our residential area.The agent that sold the router to us over the phone didn’t even bother to check if MTN has infrastructure to work in our area .I won’t mention the amount of emails we’ve been made to send with our banking details to get our refund .We are now taking legal action to MTN South Africa for not refunding our money back after four months of endless emails and calls trying to get our refund back . I still can’t believe such a big company fails to refund money back for their products that don’t work!!.

To the sales department at MTN South Africa and Customer care department you are useless!!
