FORTNOX - Legal department at MTN

There was an issue with an MTN account that was in my name from a previous employer that was never closed and that had accrued a bill of R8,950 arrears amount since Nov.2012 that i then paid and cleared.<br> <br> However, the account is still sitting with MTNs legal department and i have been trying to get hold of them for the last 5 days with no luck i.e. through both their call center ( holding on the phone for more than 30 minutes at a time) and even went into an MTN store. <br> I would like the account released from legal so that i can close it and not accrue anymore charges. <br> Somebody please HELP !!!!!!
