FORGET NICETIES - MTN ARE ******, PLAIN & SIMPLE

Needed a good data plan in an emergency - thought vodacom too expensive - so tried MTN - loaded R250 airtime, converted R50 into a 1 gig/1 day special - went on the net - when done checked my airtime was still there and about 200 mbs - later decided to convert remaining R200 into data to discover there was no airtime - MTN didn't warn data had run out, used R200 airtime to pay for 156 mbs out of bundle - !!!! -call centre said there was nothing they could do but next tiem i souhld - forget nay next time - made complaint on MyMTN - no reposnse after a week, made a complaint on facebook page - they got back to me telling me the airtime was depelted on this cell number - ie my number - i know my f'ing number - no reply, no apology, nothing- pure htievery - R200 is nothing to them - for me it was an emergency fund for data - they don't care make so much money *******ly every day - they are the BOZZA OF BULLSH*T - do not use MTN, under any circumstances - feels like being ****** and hte ****** smiles as he says he's helping you - MTN follow the moral codes of ex-President Zuma - they don't give a damn
