FORGET CONTRACT SIGNATURE BY MTN

In May 2020 I was surprised by a debit order in my account by MTN for a product which I did not sign a contract for. I engaged the MTN Mega City where I needed I wifi rooter contract which an application was done and I on the following day canceled as I had not signed the contract. The service consultant at MTN Mega City Shuaib Bemba who assisted me informed me that the contract would not be activated as no contract was signed. When MTN debited my account I was surprised and immediately approached MTN Mega City where it was discovered that their consultant Suaib Bemba had forged my signature. They promised to cancel the contract and to date the same contract still on a monthly basis debits money from my account even though I was promised tgag the matter has been resolved. I cannot be subjected to debit orders which I must reverse monthly because MTN Mega City is robbing me monthly. Kindly assist as I never agreed to this contract. Francinah Leseyane ***
