Forcing to take data products
I was called on 25/10/2017 about 12:15 problem is i did not take the consultants name she called my partner on ********** 050 but his phone has problems so number diverts to me ********** 970 i told her this she took my number and started explaining me about the R89.00 data that they debit on the account ,i told her many times that i am not interested but she kept on nagging and telling me she wont ***** my money she has my id number if she wanted to *****,i kept on saying i am not interested she started telling me about me saving money i told her i dont care i will buy airtime from my bank as i always do she then told me we not all millionaires i told her it does not matter she went on i even asked her is she forcing me so is this how MTN forces people into things they dont want is she certified or FAIS accredited to give me savings advise this is very disturbing i wonder how she treats other people for a sales consultant she is very rude .She even made me make up my mind to port to another service provider.
