Forceful rude telemarker

Good day Firstly, I would like to express that I have been a loyal MTN customer over the years. This said, I do not appreciate being forced into products that I am not interested in. I received a call from *** and spoke to Samakela (hope I got that right) saying that Telkom and MTN is going into a partnership and there are great promos and I had to tell her more than 3 times no thanks, with her response being I am supposed to just listen and her tone being very arrogant - having no respect for whether I am busy or not. I had to hang up on her as she did not care about my response and became very argumentative. I am not obliged to explain why I am not interested but please train your staff to gracefully accept when a client says no. Now we all know that this is a tough economy, and I am sure I do not have to stress how important it is to retain existing clients. This said, I would appreciate a better experience with calls from your telemarketers. I trust that MTN, as one of the giant telecommunications companies, will put their best foot forward. Regards
