Forced Sale on the phone

So i got a call today from MTN, the guy named Joel calls me and literally forces me to take a contract, he is not sure if I am working, he never asked if I am working, but he literally forces a sale on me. He was even forcing it, shouting even. I know MTN sucks when it gets to service but I have never had to be forced while minding my own business and shouted it for choosing not take a contract.
