Forced life time contract

I canceled my contract within the time period that asked me to and still to this day the contract is still active and now they claim I have an outstanding fee of R1450. I have tried calling and communicating with their Twitter profile and they keep running around in circles . If you thinking of taking a contract with them. Don't do it . You will regret it
