Forced contract from mtn
<p>last month my conract with mtn was alegible to upgrade and same day i received a call from a lady called Lee Ann to offer me with a special of A5 2017 sumsung cell phone + 100min,200sms and 500Mg for R299 @24 month and we agreed on that and she promised to send it within 7-10 working days. i wait for 10 day and nothing was sent to me and after 15 day thats were i got the package RTT courier. day after receiving was checking my contract and just suprised as it was not the way we agreed ,it was same phone with 200 airtime ,400mg and 400 sms for R299 @ 36 month. i called mtn and was tranfered from one consultant to other ending up not getting help. i was given other number which i was talking to lady called Noma Thamaqa which she told me to hand over the package to any mtn , when i got at mtn the groove mall they told me to handit over to brooklyn or mynlyn repair center whith all stores where closed for upgrade , i called her to tell that the stores were closed and she promissed to send a courier to collect which am still waiting , last week i tried to hand it to brooklyn which they open on the 05 August and they refuse to take it back as it was over 10 days with me. ive tried everything but nothing helped and now am forced to use the phone cos they dont want to at least rectify my contract as we agreed on with Lee Ann. please help me . </p>
