Forced callers tunez

I was made aware of the caller tune subscribed to my number by callers. I contacted MTN customer care several times to have them remove the caller tune as it is unprofessional for me. All the MTN champions I talked to assured that the issue has been resolved, but the caller tune is not removed. The ussd service is useless cause it shows that I have not subscribed to any caller tunes.
