For your perusal MTN: Small Claims Court Act
This will be my first notice of demanding MTN to settle my account that is in arrears due to your billing department that made an error by not recording my payment. This will also be communicated to other departments to serve as my first notice to MTN to settle my account. A second notice shall follow if the first notice is ignored, after which, according to the Small Claims Courts Act (61 of 1984) I will proceed to court to claim the money you owe me as well as damages for loss of time at work and other costs involved.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
