For more than a month MTN cannot help

MTN has done it again by showing that they really don't care about their customers. I renewed my license disc via their MOMO app on the 15th December 2022, until today(24 January 2023) nothing happened. I've been calling them every week but no help, instead they'll be lying to me telling me that they will call me back. More than a month later nothing is happening. Never renew or use their services via momo cos it shows it only works for sports bets and airtime only.
