For a service provider so big you should be ashamed of yourselfs

My father had a contract with MTN unfortunately he passed away on the 29 January. On the 16 of February my husband e-mailed MTN to date no one responed to his e-mail. We then decided to go to the outlet on the 15 March. Advised the consultant Sean he immediately contacted his manager Mark (MTN outlet in Eldrige coner). The manager advised him to take the phone away from my mother. No options given of you can settle the amount and we will give you the phone. My father purchased date in Nomvember from the outlet at K90 nothing to do with the phone, but loading data on the number until the R1000.00 is finised. The 1 gig expired in twee weeks time my mother hardly uses data only for watssapp that is it. She would normally have a remainder of 500MB left. The next day the number is no longer working it gave my mother an error message again rush to the outlet confused. I took the liberty to e-mail MTN on the 16 March Nonkululeko Nkosi said se e-mailed legal ref ********** 7. No respond. I e-mailed yet again on the 17 March Nonhlanhla Hadebe advised me of taking over the contract. I told her my mother is in no postion to take over the contract considring their requirements to keep the phone. After that again she now sent an e-mail to legal. I e-mailed legal nothing!!!!!!! I AM REALLY DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE THUS FAR. THERE WAS AIRTIME LOADED ON THE PHONE AND THERE WAS DATA PURCHASED IN ADVANCE NO_ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT THE OUTCOME IS WITH THE NUMBER MY MOTHER USED FOR YEARS. THE CONSULTANT AT THE ELDRIGE CNR OULET DID ADVISED MTN THAT THE CONTRACT IS CANCELLED< BUT THE NUMBER WILL BE KEPT> WHY NOW THE NUMBER IS OUT OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! WE WANT TO BE NUMBER, DATA AND AIRTIME. WHY IS IS SO MUCH TROUBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
