For a misunderstanding they just totally ignored me

I app**** for a black-friday deal. They called me and asked me the necessary questions. With one question there was a misunderstanding and then they put down the phone. I re-app**** a few times and did everything possible to get in touch with them, but they did not want to call me back and I could not fully apply for the contract. Unacceptable.
