Follow up and clear my name

I recently requested a full credit report from different providers , and to my shock, they picked up mtn that they didn't remove the listing they had put on my name. For a contract account I had between 2012 or 2015.. it's now a problem and inconveniencing my life and my plans. I left mtn for such things like this, tha display incompetence. Kindly deal with this, and provide me with feedback as to when it will be resolved. I picked it up with experian
