Fleecing Customers

<p>I'm on Mtn top up contract and recently my data and airtime do not even last a single day. I typically load the maximums to get me through the month. 180 airtime and 260 data. </p> <p> </p> <p>However from about May, these bundles are being depleted in a few short hours. I have not changed my tariff plan nor do I use streaming videos. I also don't download large files. </p> <p>I close my open apps regularly but this data depletion is only getting worse. Numerous other mtn users complain about the same thing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am going to cancel all contracts with Mtn and I'll migrate all my family's numbers to prepaid on another network. </p> <p> </p> <p>Hopefully they won't be this bad. </p>
