Fixed TopUp Contract price increase
I have a MTN Top up100 account which I chose so that I can be aware of costs, but somehow that seems the complete opposite as MTN seems to charge me however they please:<br> May: R499 ( this is what I signed up for)<br> June: R749 (no idea)<br> July: R759 (why not another R10)<br> <br> I signed up to online account to see what the F@#K this is extra cost is, but of course I couldn't expect more could I every service description reads as follow:<br> \Unfortunately

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
According to our records, the upgrade that was done in December 2014 was an MTNChoice 100min and not a top up. Should you have signed for a top up contract, please visit the store where the upgrade was done with a copy of the contract so that this can be investigated and rectified.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
