Fixed LTE - Garbage! So Slow, cannot perform basic work functions from home!!

I have the Mtn Fixed LTE package - R960 per month!!! And yet I get GARAGE internet speeds, 90% of the times. This is absolute garbase advertising from your END... FIXED LTE? For Business USE??? I beg your pardon.

What must I do with 0.09Mbps speed? 70ms response time? It takes 10 seconds for a Teams message to go through... I cannot make Voice calls...

Restart the router, I get a new I.P address, my speed is 40Mbps and up for download and 19 -25ms ping - Great right??

Think again... 5 to 10 min later the speeds drop again to garbage rates...

NO>>> it's not my signal >>>> No its not my closest tower.... I have an Mtn sim card in my Huawei P30 Lite cell phone as well and I get on average 30 to 60 Mbps download on my Mtn data sim

I used to have Afrihost Fixed LTE, also an Mtn sim and I hardly ever had any issues... When I had issues, it was not nearly as slow as this Mtn Fixed LTE...

Please sort this out ASAP or I WIIL cancel and I WILL NOT pay any outstanding fees. I can't use the 1TB of data ANYWAY because it's too slow
