Fix your towers! (and complaints department)

The MTN tower in our area has been a problem since January 2021 where it just dies during the day. I have escalated this with all the relevant parties (coverage,complaints,135 and network departments) even an open complaint with ICASA. This has been having a negative effect on my job as the network totally disappears at peak times, I've missed meetings, conference calls etc, as my collogues can't reach me. Even driving to other sites to speak to the people I cannot phone. I forwarded all the mails (mostly automated replies) to ICASA but nobody has responded with a solution to the problem. Not even sure how ICASA is of any help either. I am just going to stop my debit order and see how quickly they reply then. If I cannot perform my duties because of this, I will take legal action.
