Fix my status

I paid off all my contracts on time and canceled them, yet now im told that I cannot get a contract because of mtn legal department ********* who want to ***** from us our hard earned money, and its not surprising because none of mtn call centers have direct contacts to call you *********

How can one cancel his/her contract while they still owing you, you better fix my status or you'll have to deal with my legal team. I'm an mtn loyal customer but now I don't have a reason to be, I will port to another network when im done with you.
