Fix my data ASAP

Good day my name is tiny I have a contract with mth

I recently upgraded on the 29th of November my 2 sim cards that I had a contract with then I thought all went well until I realized that they loaded the correct amount of data to one sim card

Then that's where the problem started I've been getting *********** agents always giving me a run around until I found the one I though I will be helped they loaded 40 gigs of YouTube instead of breaking it down to 20 for YouTube and 20 for promotional they loaded the 40 gig for you YouTube

Uam si dissappointed I called again today found a lady by the name of karabo she said I must wait for 14 days like I was angry and thought is she for real

Please fix this asap as I am paying for this
