Fix my credit file

MTN has been a headache really. I have set up a debit order with them but continuously coming up as unpaid. This issue was then sorted out last month with a very lovely agent. So it happened this month again, I called in and got through to Sihle Kobocwana who I asked to take payment and fix the debit order debacle. He confirmed time and time again that payment had been received despite the communication from MTN stating otherwise. He gave reference *** and stated that is the payment reference. To my surprise my line is suspended now due to non payment. I will not be making any payments until this matter has been resolved by listening to the call and honouring the promise made by the agent. And also fixing my credit file affected by the ordeal.
